In the quality inspection area of Yongquan’s technical center, a precision spare-part unit for an imported film production line is undergoing its final inspection before shipment. A core control component of the electrostatic pinning system, the unit was developed and manufactured entirely in-house, successfully replacing an imported component. While maintaining stable, reliable performance, its selling price is more than 60% lower than comparable foreign products.
Founded in 2008, Yongquan has built deep expertise in the biaxially oriented film industry. Its technical capabilities have earned it authorization as an SKF Group distributor for the film industry and a place among the core spare-part suppliers for leading international equipment. Its specialist team has served more than 300 prominent film manufacturers in China, with a market share exceeding 90% in China’s high-end film spare-parts market. For leading imported equipment, including Brückner and Dornier from Germany, Mitsubishi from Japan, and DMT, Yongquan provides lifecycle service solutions covering spare-part supply, refurbishment and repair, and energy-saving technical upgrades.
As market demand changes, the company is now moving decisively toward industrial services. It treats custom engineering as a core competitive strength, focusing on key activities such as technical upgrades for imported equipment. By building a database of customers’ equipment, analyzing operating data and providing preventive maintenance recommendations, it is further consolidating its leading position in high-end film industry spare parts.
“In recent years, services have grown to account for 20%-30% of our business. Previously, we mainly focused on products.
